We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect payment information through Stripe — we never store your card details directly. We collect the photos and property details you submit to generate videos, and we log basic usage data (number of tours generated, video URLs) to provide the Service.
We use your information to generate videos, send delivery emails, process payments, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your listing photos to train AI models.
We use the following services to operate ListingVoice: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI script generation), ElevenLabs (voiceover), Cloudinary (temporary photo storage), Creatomate (video rendering), and Resend (email). Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
Photos you upload are temporarily stored on Cloudinary solely to render your video, then deleted within 10 minutes. Generated videos are hosted by Creatomate and accessible via a private URL for 7 days.
We retain your account information and video history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords via Supabase Auth, and environment-variable-only storage of API keys. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong unique password.
