1. Acceptance

By using ListingVoice ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What We Provide

ListingVoice generates AI-produced video tours from real estate listing photos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any photos, addresses, and property information you submit.

3. Payments & Refunds

One-time purchases are non-refundable once the video has been generated and delivered. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period ends. No partial-month refunds are issued.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ListingVoice to create content that is misleading, defamatory, or violates any applicable law. Generated videos may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You own the videos we generate for you. We retain ownership of the ListingVoice platform, software, and brand.

6. Limitation of Liability

ListingVoice is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
